Added Options:

They have recently added some more options including;

  • The option to set a PassCode be required to delete card entries. Simply tell the 3 digit PassCode to those staff that are allowed to delete.
  • The option to set the number of months for each vendor, that a card is valid to be filled in. (eg. 14 months)  When a card has older entries they have a red line through them so you can explain to the customer that you need to delete some entries.
  • The option to turn on “Required Staff Name” for each purchase added. (drop down box)
  • Set various customer information fields as ‘Required’ or not.  (address, city, province, postal code)
  • The choice of Pre-populating the Area code, City or Province to save time when adding customer info.
  • The option to include product costs on reports.
  • The option to include product Retail and/or Cost prices to see on the card to know product values.
  • The option to include Distributor Codes on Summary page of reports.
  • The option to Add (and search by) Customer’s Pet’s Names
  • The option to include a Transaction ID when processing a redemption.
  • The option to enter a Transaction ID for each purchase on a card.
  • The option to make the email mandatory for certain vendors.
